Terms and Conditions 12joker — Your Rights & Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and 12joker ("Platform", "we", or "company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 12joker website, mobile app, and all related services.

By accessing, browsing or using any part of the 12joker platform — including registering an account, making a deposit, participating in promotions or simply browsing content — you are deemed to have read, understood and fully agreed to these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Each player is only permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account ownership by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them without compensation.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure, including your username and password. 12joker will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel.

It is your responsibility to ensure that no one other than yourself uses your account. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately for security measures such as a temporary account freeze.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an added layer of security.
• Do not log in using public devices or unsecured public Wi-Fi networks.
• Log out after every session, especially on shared devices.

12joker is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your account login credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the 12joker platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX (online banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and DuitNow QR. All deposits are processed instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM30 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Between 30 minutes and 24 hours on business days.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the 12joker account.

12joker reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request as a standard security measure. This includes proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

12joker offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins, reload bonuses and seasonal promotions. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated on its respective promotions page.

Wagering requirements (rollover requirement) must be fulfilled before any wins derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. General wagering requirements range from 10x to 30x the bonus value, depending on the promotion type. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before participating.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• 12joker reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse or fraud is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly into cash.
• Any attempt to exploit the bonus system through hedging activity will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated wins.

All games on the 12joker platform — including slots, sports betting, bingo, fish shooting and live games — use a random number generator (RNG) certified by internationally accredited independent audit bodies. This ensures every spin, hand or round is completely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

Players are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the 12joker platform:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.

In the event of account termination due to the reasons above, 12joker reserves the right to forfeit all funds held in that account. If termination occurs at the player's own request and no terms have been violated, any valid balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

The 12joker platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we continuously strive to ensure smooth platform operation, 12joker does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at all times.

12joker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

• Technical disruptions, server failures or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• Actions or omissions by third-party service providers.
• Errors or delays in processing financial transactions due to third-party banking system failures.
• Unauthorized use of the account by a third party due to the player's own negligence.

12joker reserves the right to amend, modify or add to any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform's homepage or by email to the address registered to your account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to any applicable legal proceedings.
